BioSleepy is a food supplement with melatonin, vitamin B6 and herbal extracts in a sugar-free, pectin-based gummy with a natural blackberry flavour. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function. It also contains chamomile, lemon balm and passion flower extracts. For adults only.

Other ingredients: Sweeteners (maltitol syrup, isomalt, sucralose), water, gelling agent: pectin; acidulants: citric acid, lactic acid; acidity regulator: sodium citrate; natural flavour, colours: carrot and hibiscus concentrate; vegetable oil (coconut, canola), glazing agent: carnauba wax.

Dosage & administration

Recommended daily dose:

Adults: take 2 gummies per day close to bedtime.
